I shared this on my social media platforms a couple of months ago:
"I do hope to have a line that comes out of Africa, with some local ladies from Zimbabwe creating my designs for me and that way they are earning a living to support their families and a portion of each outfit will go back into their community to help with education, health and housing for those less fortunate.
This is my way of giving back to the lovely people of Zimbabwe and my homeland. Fabric from Africa is unusual and the outfits are so colourful and amazing."
This dream is starting to unfold bit by bit. There are still a number of kinks to "iron out" but am very excited.
I would like to introduce you to our new logo for the Zimbabwe fashions, entitled Ekuthuleni (pronounced Ekoo - too - le - ni). This is an Ndebele word meaning House of Peace.
